• Serve as bridge btw LSF and community
• To follow the example of Jesus in His holistic ministry reaching body, mind, & spirit
  

Welcome Ministry Team Leaders: Sunny Kim & James Yoon

• Schedule & train deacons/deaconness to greet, set up, break down, & sit with visitors during potluck
• keep attendance & keep in touch with absent members (show respect/concern)
  
• Welcome everyone by coming early and exemplifying the love of God
  

INWARD

Membership Ministry Team Leaders: Erica Choi & Eric Byun

• Choose and train small group leaders and mentor future leaders
• Meet weekly with small group leaders & work together to foster unity and growth
• Create and maintain church directory & account for old/new members

Social Ministry Team Leaders: Kellee Krautwurst & Jason Park

• Organize Saturday night activities (including location/dinner/restaurants, games)
• Organize socials (gym night, ice skating, bowling, etc.)
• Coordinate and train others in implementing large church events:

• Create fellowship and friendships, allowing members and visitors alike to feel that they belong to the community of LSF

SUPPORT

• Create & maintain a LSF website, with all announcements, events, pictures, recordings, etc.
• Record sermons weekly & upload to website
• Set up and break down sound system (come early to church to help praise team)
• Prepare and distribute monthly Newsletters
• Ensure that all equipment are running smoothly 
  
• Provide & train members to effectively communicate with each other and others about LSF
  

Treasurer: Kellee Krautwurst

• Record and keep track of LSF budget (income/expenses by department)
• Count loose offerings & turn in to mother church treasurer
• Receive receipts and reimburse members
• Provide monthly budget at board meetings
• Oversee fundraising
